We also collect technical records tied to signing events — timestamps and IP addresses — to build the audit trail that supports each signature.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Service: to store and display your documents, to deliver signing invitations by email, to record signature audit trails, and to process your access purchases.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your documents for advertising.

Your documents

Your documents are private and scoped to your account. Only you and the signers you invite can access a given document. Our team does not review the contents of your files unless you specifically request support that requires it.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service — including cloud hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only to perform services on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain completed documents and their audit records for seven years on every plan. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of completed documents, which you can download at any time while stored. You may request deletion of your account and associated documents, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and access controls that scope data to your account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
